Keresteci, who was born in Diyarbakır in 1977, completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Diyarbakır. After graduating from Marmara University, Department of Economics and master's degree in finance at the University of Birmingham, he still continues his doctorate studies at Marmara University Banking Institute.

Focusing on "financial crises in developing economies" throughout his education, Keresteci had detailed studies on "early warning systems" in this context. These studies were published by reputable economics journals and served as a reference to official models.

Starting his business life as an economist, Keresteci worked as a strategist, foreign exchange and derivatives trader, investment advisor and Treasury Sales Director at HSBC Bank, and most recently he took the role of Deputy General Manager in the Global Markets team. Keresteci started his consultancy career with DNG Consulting, which he established in 2016. He still provides consultancy services to large corporates in the field of macroeconomics and finance, and provides consultancy to various Board of Directors. In this context, he has a well-known position in the industry covering financial risk management, financial investment consultancy, company and financial restructuring, M&A activities, investment feasibility consultancy and financial education.

Born in Ankara in 1975, Bertan Yördem completed his undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics, after Galatasaray High School. He has been providing investment banking and strategic advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, growth finance and debt structuring/restructuring, profitability and efficiency, and management restructuring for more than 20 years.

Prior to founding Nestor Ventures consulting company in 2013, he provided investment banking services as one of the partners of Daruma Corporate Finance. Iron and steel and heavy industry, textile production, automotive, pharmaceutical manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, energy production, shipping, financial services and retail are among the sectors he has served over time.

Apart from Investment Banking and strategic consultancy services, he also took part as an investor in companies operating in Financial Technologies (payment systems), textile retail and smart city applications as an active investor.

Born in Istanbul in 1974, Hande Poğda Yördem holds double major in Business Administration and Economics from Marmara University after graduating from Liceo Italiano.

Hande acted as the CFO of Polimeks, a holding company based in Istanbul having operations and investments in construction, tourism, commercial real estate and renewable energy industries with facilities in Europe, Russian Federation and Turkey, for around 25 years. She managed portfolio and asset management of group companies in all active industries. Prior to Polimeks, she worked for Finans Invest and Yurt Securities as research manager and investment broker.

Besides financial structuring and strategic financial management under her role as the CFO, Hande has extensive familiarity with complex legal and financial wealth structures through holistic planning disciplines and models including income taxation, retirement, inheritance, investment and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.

Hande Poğda Yördem joined Denon Partners as Partner in charge of Wealth Structuring and Wealth Management.

After completing his undergraduate education in Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering, Kadri received his master's degree in economics and his doctorate in finance from Boğaziçi University.

Kadri, a seasoned investment banker with more than 20 years of experience, started his career in Is Investment Securities Corporate Finance Department and took an active role in many privatizations and IPOs. Later, he played a major role in the establishment of Is Private Equity and realization of the company's first investments. In the next period, Kadri worked in international expansion and business development department at Turkcell, taking an active role in the team that evaluated the company's foreign investments. In Daruma Corporate Finance, where he worked after Turkcell, Kadri provided advisory services to domestic and international strategic and financial investors in various sectors. Kadri, who subsequently joined Sabancı Holding, took part in the evaluation of the financial and operational performances of group companies and during his around 10-year tenure Kadri successfully carried out many mergers and acquisitions activities. Before leaving Sabancı Group, he worked as international sales and marketing assistant general manager at Temsa Transportation Vehicles, a Subsidiary of Sabancı Holding. In 2018, Kadri established his own consultancy firm, Kairos Corporate Consulting, where he has been providing consultancy services in the fields of M&A and corporate governance. Kadri also serves as a board member at various private and publicly traded companies.

During his professional life, Kadri took part as speaker in many local and international seminars and panels. He also gives lectures to undergraduate and graduate students at Istinye University and Boğaziçi University.

Yunus Kuzu joined Denon Partners in March 2021 as Manager.

During his career, he participated in numerous projects including financial due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, strategic roadmap and market entry projects focused on companies from variety of business lines including Energy, Infrastructure and Construction, Tech, Automotive, Food and Agriculture.

Prior to joining Denon Partners Yunus worked at KPMG Deal Advisory for more than 5 years.

Born in Antalya in 1974, Volkan GÜVEN completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He has a Master's degree in Manufacturing from ITU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

He worked actively for more than 20 years in the field of Financial Risk Management in the real sector.

He specializes in Raw Material Purchasing & Commodity Price Risk Management, Treasury Management, Hedge Applications and Accounting. He actively used derivative instruments in the London Metal Exchange, Chicago Mercantie Exchange, Over-the-Counter Currency and Interest Rate Markets for hedge purposes.

He provides consultancy services to corporate companies on commodity markets and financial risk management (hedging).

Assoc. Prof. İbrahim Ünalmış has received BSc in Economics degree from the Middle East Technical University, MSc in Money, Banking and Finance degree from the Birmingham University (UK) and PhD in Economics degree from the University of York (UK). He has worked at the Foreign Relations Department and Markets Department of the Central Bank of Turkey between 2000-2018. During this period he has worked as an economist and has held managerial positions as well.

Assoc. Prof. Ünalmış has joined the Business Administration Department of the TED University as a Chair in 2018. His interests include, but not limited to, financial markets and institutions, the role of financial institutions in green transformation and the role of blockchain technology in financial markets. He holds adviser positions on these subjects in institutions i.e. World Bank.

Hakan has more than 20 years of legal experience. Prior to founding Tunçaz & Türkmen Law Firm, Hakan worked for HSBC Turkey as a senior legal adviser in charge of global and corporate banking for about 10 years, and for a while at HSBC Bank London. Hakan's areas of expertise are Banking and Finance Law, M&A, Money Laundering and International Sanctions, Corporate and Commercial Law and Data Protection Law. In addition to his professional consultancy services, Hakan continues his PhD studies at Marmara University. Hakan is also the supervisory board member of a Europe based-bank.

Born in Istanbul in 1975, Yıldırım completed his undergraduate studies at Marmara University, Department of Economics, and his master's degree in Yeditepe University, International Business Administration, before earning her PhD in Production Management and Marketing at Marmara University. She is currently Professor of Marketing at Istanbul Ticaret University where she is also the Director of Institute of Social Sciences and the Head of International Trade Department.

Figen Yıldırım's areas of expertise include International Trade, International Economy, Foreign Market Research, Strategic Marketing Management, Retail Management, Brand Management, Marketing Communication and Digital Marketing. She has worked as a coordinator and business development specialist in many projects, especially with the European Union and Istanbul Development Agency.

Yıldırım, who has worked in many leading companies such as Unilever Holding, Sütaş and Elginkan Holding, still provides consultancy and sectoral training on strategic marketing and branding, foreign trade for large corporate companies and SME’s. She holds a well-known position in the public and private sectors, especially in international marketing, country branding and the digital transformation of SME’s.
